Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected carrier. Free shipping is available for qualifying orders. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing

Return Policy
If a package did not arrive in 4 weeks after the shipping date, it is treated as Lost. A new package will be shipped provided we can supply the same items. If substitution is needed, we will propose similar items or refund the cost. If items are neither the same nor similar are available, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely for a full refund including shipping and handling costs.
